The MII was quite good, I think preset #24 was hot. Funny MII story: On my Forward Motion CD, released in 1989, I used two reverbs: The Midiverb II and the Lexicon PCM-70. Interestingly, I used the MII for the reverbs, and the PCM-70 for things like chorus, special effects, delay, etc. I thought the MII reverbs sounded better. I quite like the Midiverb 4 and Quadraverb II. Not that this helps you with the Midiverb II, but. I can't remember the presets I liked best offhand. There were a couple gold foil reverbs that I really liked.

I got it used in a musical instrument store in Rome (Cristina D'Amore, Roma - Via D. Manin, 27-37 Tel. 06/488.14.63 - 482.09.35 says a sticker on the bottom of my unit) in the late '80s or early '90s. I have to say that I love this unit.
