Hi guys.
This is my first time solving problem without enough information.
The client is using Crystal Report (version unknown) at Windows XP and everything was fine. Now they upgraded their OS to WIndow 7 64-Bits, and the crystal report does not work anymore.
The error message is below.
An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtimg.
Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.
Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version...........
I have two ideas on my mind,
1. User virtual PC with windows XP and run the Crystal Reports.
2. Upgrad client PC from Window 7 Home Basic to Professional and run the crystal reports in Window XP mode.
Any suggestion is much appreciated.
