With stations all over town, the red trolleys are a fun way to get around town. The San Diego Trolley connects downtown and the Mission Valley area, and links downtown San Diego with Mexico and East County communities.</p><p>Another rail choice is the North County Coaster which runs 43 miles along the coast and stops in downtown San Diego, Old Town, Sorrento Valley, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad and Oceanside.
